Deciding what to do and where to go after high school is a big decision. Some young people decide to go to college; others do vocational training or go right to work.
Imagine making these decisions or applying to college without an adult you trust to guide and support you.
That's why we started this component of the Family and Youth Initiative program. We saw that many DCFYI youth participants could use support.
"Life and Careers after High School" combines group activities for all interested DCFYI participants as well as individual support to high school juniors and seniors.
