Megan is an Assistant Director at the American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO, where she works on early childhood education, care policy, and community schools. She has a J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clark School of Law and a B.A. in International Development from McGill University. She has been volunteering with the Family & Youth Initiative since 2013, and enjoys being a mentor. She is passionate about providing an accepting, loving environment for Family & Youth Initiative teens where they can connect with the community and grow.
