Family & Youth Initiative is seeking two people to join our team:

The Programs Manager will be responsible for managing and driving forward DCFYI’s mentoring and host parent programs. This full-time employee should have experience working with youth in foster care or youth who have experienced trauma and be highly relational. Responsibilities will include Volunteer Recruitment & Engagement; Program Events; and Program Oversight and Evaluation.

The Operations Coordinator will provide critical support to the DCFYI team, helping on-ramp volunteers, plan events, support fundraising, and manage communications. This is a part-time position (a minimum of 15 hours a week, increasing to 25 hours during busy seasons). We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, highly organized, and a proven problem solver. This individual will be critical to ensuring our organization runs smoothly.
